Climbing 5 floors to get in, the personal attention, the punch bag at the end , the shower with one drip of water meeting people that you knew from another era, the relaxation technique, your amazing spirit and enthusiasm. Soccer enthusiast Keith Roche has beaten the asthma that crippled his game. Now Keith, 21, an apprentice electrician from Ballymun, Dublin, is a member of the second squad in the city's famous Home Farm team. He said: "I have always loved football, but when I played I found it very difficult to to complete a full match. I would be wheezing and gasping for air. "No way would I be able to join in the celebrations if we won because all my efforts would be going into trying to breathe again."
Then Keith heard of the special Dynamic Health training technique.
