Breathe, Drink, Eat. and Believe.

The vital activity of every human is to breathe. This comes before eating, drinking, anything.We need oxygen above all other things in our bodies, and in our
lives.
The benefits of deep efficient breathing are often called Lifeforce, Chi, Ki, Mana, and other exotic names, because of the force and vitality that results in a body when it's competently breathed.We have a miraculous source of energy and health within us. We need to use it. 
Every cell in the body needs a rich, regular supply of oxygen for energy, food use and excretion. Most of us have developed the habit of breathing poorly, becoming very good at doing it very badly. But it's simply rectified. And once you start, you're instantly impacting on yourself in a very healthy way. That's
fact.So, start now. Take three deep and flowing breaths, let the air in , the rubbish out. Let it happen.
You don't even have to try. Just do it and watch the body respond.If
you persist, it is physically impossible for your body not to
respond.
