A Fatal Mistake...

Underneath our skins is an environment as prone to change as is our weather.

There is one enormous difference. We have huge influence over the changes that take place within us.

Our internal environment, that is, what’s going on in our bodies, is largely dependent on what we put into it, how we use it, and how we restore it.

The affects of what we do can be liberating or terminal.
Consider this.

See a pond with no inlet for fresh water, no outlet to drain off stagnant water. Bird droppings, slugs, snails, algae and other growths, the leavings of cats, dogs, rats and mice, not to mention the detritus of passing humanity, all make it into a cesspool.

It’s not a place in which you’d put your favourite goldfish. You wouldn’t scoop a cup of it to drink. You’d keep your children away from it.You’d regard it as a toxic organism.

No outlet, no inlet. Stagnation. Poison. Toxicity.

Then make an inlet for fresh spring water to gush into it from a nearby flowing stream. Create an outlet for the wastes, toxins, rubbish, accumulations to be washed away.
Look at the pond again in a couple of months. See the difference.
It’s a vibrant, living, pulsating body of water, full of life that will indeed support life.

Now consider your circulation, the blood that runs round your system. When it’s unexercised, immobilised, it too becomes stagnant.

It holds, retains, and gets polluted and damaged by the wastes toxins, poisons, and other abominable elements ingested in the course of living.

However once an exercise program is embarked on, and practised frequently, the toxins are flushed out, the wastes are destroyed, the cells of the body are strengthened, the systems are revitalised and every cell muscle and fibre in the body comes alive again.

This physical condition has a profound and wonderful effect on the mind. The mind is clearer, more at ease, more quiet.

In the clear easy quiet mind thinks much more clearly, is much more effective in the choices it makes.

Another words the mind and the body are energised, strengthened, revitalised.

You add years to your life, and real vitality to those added yours, and aid greatly in the prevention of illness.

And that’s only for starters.
