Belief...

Belief is the key to persistence, to achievement, to living your life on purpose.

When your purpose and your belief are aligned, you see the substance of your aim, you understand it intellectually, and most significantly, you associate with it emotionally.

And that's your motivation in place.

To be motivated is to be moved. We become moved by using our emotions, how we feel about what we're doing. Being motivated is wanting to do something, get somewhere.

Want will out-box need any day.

We all know what we need to do. But because we may not want to do it, the need may never get addressed. Because we don't want to do it, we'll give ourselves the most plausible reasons for not doing it.

That's why we need to revisit our goals, aims, targets, regularly. Even doing that has the effect of raising awareness, pointing the mind, holding the focus, on the objective.

When we constantly remind ourselves of why we're doing what we do, our minds and emotions coalesce. There is a constant simmering of the recipe for success, cooking away in the subconscious.

We find ourselves making small changes along the way. But those changes become constant and start turning into actions, maybe small actions too, but because of their consistency and application, circumstances, however apparently small, begin to change. There are improvements.

Small achievements begin to show and get acknowledged. They begin to create a new pattern, an experience of success, which opens the mind, and the heart, to new possibilities.

Belief becomes reinforced.

Learning your aims, referring to them all the time, training the mind to acknowledge them and accept them lays the foundation for the actions, which bring the inevitable changes and achievements.
