Some really interesting replies to the last post...

Seven people responded, having put the system to the test.

One person did a 9 minute stint; the other six did between three and five minutes... it's an exercise in focusing, maintaining attention. 

After three days, the six, who all persisted, managed from five to six minutes.

The nine minute lady wavered between five and seven minutes over the three days.

All focused on some hobby, craft, sport in which they were interested, not work-related substance. What they found was that they saw more clearly with the three days practice what they were trying to visualize.
