For a Change...

For a Change…

Just for a change, decide, at morning time, or lunch time, or tea time, what you’re going to let yourself think about for the next 10 minutes, or 20 minutes, 30 minutes, or 60 minutes.

Pick any of those times, any one of them, and let yourself decide how you’re going to use your mind for that allotted period.

Then do it.

At the start, you may need a book, a magazine, a text of some kind, to influence and discipline your thinking.

This is an exercise to train the mind to what you want it to be doing for you.

It eliminates clutter, pointless repetitive thinking, and opens the mind to limitless possibilities.

It also clears the mind for constructive, productive thinking.

Try it.
