How You Think About It...

How you think about anything has a direct effect on how you're going to feel about it.
Now we've all more or less had this idea for a long time, but it's now being strongly supported by scientific research.
Dr. Brice Lipton, in his wonderful book, 'The Biology of Belief', goes into some detail in explaining how every cell in our bodies is affected by our thought patterns.

This is one of the examples of minds opening to the tremendous potential that we have available to us.
When we become aware of how we can affect ourselves, our thinking, our feelings, and subsequent actions, it begins to indicate how we can start to examine and develop ourselves as human beings.

The fact that we accept and believe that theory is enough to open our minds to all kinds of possibilities. It validates a statement I read a couple of years ago about the next frontier of discovery not being so much the
planets and horizons of the Universe, as the content and horizons of the mind and the imagination; a fertile and unexplored territory.
