You’d imagine that with over 20,000 breaths a day we’d have an adequate amount of oxygen in the body.
That oxygen burns up waste, helps convert food into body tissue, and speeds up the regeneration of the body. IF we have enough of it. Many people don’t. For many, dysfunctional breathing skews the chemistry, the biology, and the physiology, out of order. For those many, it’s the missing link between existence and performance. All our systems are thrown into discordance. The body becomes unbalanced. We can become tired, rundown, open to all kinds of illness and sickness. Blood pressure, nerves, ability to deal with anxiety and stress, are adversely affected. Our breathing patterns need adjustment. When they are adjusted, the body harmonises. It runs smoothly. Systems synchronise and the result is a smoothly running organism. This is what allows us be well; not just fit, but well. Anybody can learn how to do this. It’s a skill. Like all skills, it has fundamentals. They can be learned. Click HERE.
