It's a fast world. Living can be hectic. There's a frenetic pace that masquerades as the route to success.
Sometimes speed is good; that relaxed easy speed of the accomplished.
But watch for that other sneaky little underhanded turbulence that can tie up the gut, shut off the circulation and frazzle the brain.
He's a killer. And he's about. Don't confuse him with urgency. He's chaos, a pretender. He'll fire up your system, spurt your adrenalin and run you in aimless circles.
So learn. Learn how to stop, pause, consider.
Then let your speed come in, through the gears though, pacing the rev counter, utilising the force  of your personal power unit like a well driven Ferrari.
But first learn to stop.
