Life Outside Fitness...

Always, from the moment I entered the fitness industry as a part time immigrant teacher in South East London in the sixties, my attitude to fitness was, and still  is, that it's a means to an end.

It's a way of being, for yourself, for your life, for others, that helps you function at your best.

You know that if you’re a bit tired, rundown, out of shape, off form, your life can be very hard. Ordinary daily chores are difficult, even overwhelming.

Getting out of bed, facing the day, starting into the day’s activities, can be tough, tough, going.

You can be too tired to live well, and the very thought of doing anything about it can make you even more tired. The vicious circle leads to anxiety, fear, uncertainty, doubt, spiralling down into depression.

You also know that when you feel well, when you are reasonably optimistic, with energy, that you can do things that otherwise would never come into the realm of possibility.

This is common. But there is a way to do this.

Mountains of research are being compiled weekly that indicate the value of fundamental Fitness, Health, and Wellness.

Being fit, healthy, and well, allows you express the abilities and talents that you have to live a life of meaning, direction, and purpose.

If that makes sense to you, if you’re open minded, if you see value in that, click HERE
