Mind/Body Connection...

One of the most effective ways of connecting the body and the mind and keeping them both on parallel tracks is by making notes.
Notes don’t have to be 10 page articles, are hundreds of words.

Notes can be one word. “Aware“ is a single worded note in which you remind yourself that being aware reveals to you a different level of consciousness.

Being actively aware brightens your vision, sharpens your hearing, and gives pause for thought before you speak, as you take the time to choose your words. A day lived in awareness can double in value.

You decide in which direction your thoughts are going. You monitor how you are thinking and therefore the quality of your response to life. And we’re all pretty well agreed, aren’t we, that life is not so much about what happens to us, as it is about how we respond to what happens to us.

 Start every day, with a conscious choice of words, or a sentence, that can change your entire direction of thinking, feeling, and action.

This is nothing new. People have been contemplating, deciding, and then guiding their thoughts in a way that helps them for aeons.

Because it’s such a simple straightforward thing to do, it is dismissed to frequently as being “too good to be true.“

Leave the complications and confusion to those who think that that’s how it has to be.

Keep it simple.  Do it well.  See it through.
