Dr. James Rippe, MD, a leading lifestyle advocate, says that while  fitness helps you live longer, with improved quality, it’s also a huge factor in the prevention of illness.
And he wasn’t talking about minor ailments; a bit of fatigue, a bit of a sore back, or a few aches and pains here and there.
He was referring to serious cardiac problems, the biggest threat to life expectancy today.
If you’re anywhere between 30 and 60, and don’t take positive steps to preserve your lung capacity, you’ll have somewhere around half the lung capacity at 60 that you enjoyed at 30. And this isn’t because you’ll have been ill, or infected, or inherited some deficiency.
It’ll be due to lack of use of the lungs.
That’s when we start to experience shortness of breath, undue fatigue, and because of lack of oxygen and a weakened metabolic function, can then start to suffer infections.
But the infections usually come from the lack of activity. Which is why exercise is so vital. And your lungs need exercising, just like any other part of the body.
And the best way to train the lungs, to work the way they were meant to, is……………………………??? ( if you’re not sure what the answer is, contact me. I’ll inform you, confidentially, and you’ll have a fact in your possession that could change your life for good, and forever.)
Yes, it’s that simple. Not easy, but simple.
Never forget, being fit is a skill. Like all skills, it can be learned
