Older people are getting younger.
They’re not only living longer, they’re more healthy, fit, robust. We all know that being basically fit helps you live longer. But it also helps you have better health in later years. Many of us take our health for granted. Till we haven’t got it. And that goes for any age, not just us older models. And of course it isn’t just recently that this has come to light. Over four hundred years ago, Edward Spencer said, “Vigorous good health, and its attendant high spirits, are greater elements of happiness than any other thing whatever” It applies to every aspect of life, Mae West not only liked men in her life, she also liked a bit of life in her men. Quite a few people are overawed by the by the regimes they think they have to endure to be healthy and well. They have visions of three hours a day in the gym’, eight days a week, or pounding the streets at 6am every morning, hail, rain or snow. Many, are put off by the idea of back-breaking exercise, screaming instructors, or having to become a fanatic.
