Post Title.

The essence of life is breath.
This will probably be the main and fundamental premise of this blog..............but who knows what the future holds?
And who's to say what's absolute?
This is only my own personal belief in what is the fundamental principal of being healthy and well.
And I've had  many positive instances of evidence to substantiate that belief.

You may well say that I've seen those evidences because I've looked for them.
But would  you refute what I believe?
And why not ?
Your opinion 's yours, mine, mine.

And maybe we can share beliefs, opinions, ideas.

So, what would your fundamental principal be for the improvement of life?
