Simple Step 1

We take it for granted that we all breathe well. We don’t.
Most of us breathe poorly and ineffectively. This impacts heavily on human performance.
How come?
Every cell in the body, and every body part, needs oxygen, all the time.
Poor breathing habits, and patterns, lead to oxygen starvation. Which means the body cannot, isn’t able to, finds it impossible, to function the way it can and should.

All because we can’t be bothered to breathe well.
And this is made worse by the sedentary lives, stresses and tensions of modern living.
Lack of activity means the body adapts to getting just enough oxygen to get us through the day. We exist. Exercise and other activities help. They make us pant and get the system active. For a while.
Breathing deeply, regularly, during the day, every day, is even more helpful. And it will also enhance the value of exercise.
It creates and maintains a rich supply of oxygen to the cells, energises every cell, tissue, and organ, and improves body chemistry, accelerating metabolism.
When the lungs are trained, they do it all themselves, instinctively, naturally, efficiently.
To find out how you can do this, wait, with breath unabated, for the next piece.
OR, in case you’ve been depriving yourself, or someone else, of the compelling, enjoyable and practical course-book, you can buy ‘Dynamic Health’, a lifetime investment,
for €17.99 + p & p €5.50 = €23.49
