Something New...

When the Mind/Body connection is brought into play in any exercise, the great value that it brings is totally out of proportion to the relatively small effort.

​It isn't too often that we get to look forward to something that is positively new.
Coronavirus is new, but not many would argue positive claims for it.

The Fitness Industry has evolved over the years into a gargantuan movement that can be confusing to  the very people for whom it's meant to be catering.

There are many styles, methods, types of training, all with their champions, all with their critics.

It can be difficult for someone outside the Fitness Industry to decide which kind of training would be best for them. And that’s not surprising.

However, if you’re wondering which kind of training or program would be good for you, here’s something to consider.

For any training program to be effective, it needs to have an affect on heart, lungs, muscle, and an element of flexibility for joints and ligaments.

There are no right programs, and there are no wrong programs. There are only programs that could be more appropriate, or less so, for the people doing them.

So, if you have a style of exercise that appeals to you, and it fills the above requirements, then do it.

Most exercise styles and programs can be worked to fill all the above requirements.It only takes a teacher who understands the fundamental principles of training and fitness and well-being to make the necessary alterations to any type of training.

Yoga can be made aerobic. Weighttraining can be made aerobic. Aerobic movements can be applied to exert an affect on muscle tone. Any kind of exercise can be made meditative.

As you know, I’ve been advocating the use of ancient disciplines, along with modern systems, for over 50 years. One of the reasons I have persisted with this is that it can be done by anybody, at any level of fitness. It can benefit a complete beginner, as it can an accomplished athlete.

Within the next few weeks I’ll be rolling out a system that anybody of any age, shape, size, ability, can use to his or her distinct advantage.

It can be done with great ease, or it can be made intensive and challenging.
That’s the real beauty of it.

Further, it will also have a profound and immediate effect on the value of the mind/body association, as much as it will have on the body/mind connection.

This training will have real value for people in business, the arts, in any endeavour on which the outcome depends on the human resources applied to it.

I’ve been working on this for some time, and very intensely so over the past couple of weeks.

 There is a whole new science called Systems Based Science, and this new system is an exemplary token of that discipline.

 Systems Based Science is about the accumulation of seemingly insignificant elements which, one brought together, can make a formidable force.

The elements of this program are relatively simple,But when they are applied in tandem, they can create a force that is irresistible.
