Summer-Shape Healthy Programme...

Occasionally, it’s a good idea to stop, check, reflect. It’s like bringing life to a halt for a short while. The East has been aware of, and using this, for centuries.

It allows us to see things that we’re too busy to notice in our day-to-day lives.

We’re beginning to see it now, though. Like a slowly unfolding revelation, it guides our minds and our perceptions to what’s often right under our noses.

So, we say things like, ‘I’m going to join the gym’, ‘I’m going to do a detox’, ‘I’m going to do a Retreat’.  And we never get around to it. I believe one of the main reasons we don’t is that it’s seen as another ‘must do’, another chore. And God knows we’ve enough of those.

So, here’s something for you to consider; a pleasant, simple, mind-body decision that can relax the digestive system, cleanse and revitalize the body, and in doing this, help clear and focus the mind.

It’s not a starvation diet, a fast, or a hard thing to do. It’s a process used by a few people around this time every year, and they benefit from it enormously.

Their energy levels raise, their perceptions sharpen, and incidentally, they can lose anything from 4 to 14 pounds in weight over three or four weeks.

It’s a thing I use myself every so often, especially if I feel like a bit of a detox but don’t want to fast or put myself under a rigid regime.

It’s a combination of dietary and exercise techniques that can be done anywhere, at any time, by pretty well any one. It helps get rid of toxins and wastes, leaving the metabolism to get on with its important work of repairing cells, creating energy and putting nutrients to use.

We get a lot of toxic matter into our poor bodies in many ways.

Every now and again the body needs a rest, a cleansing, to rehabilitate the digestive system.

In early summer, it’s good to have a way to get yourself healthy again.

A cleansing system, with good nutrition, clear strategies, brings an energy to your body, and your mind, that revitalises your life.

The body responds to good nutrition, some Vital Energy Exercises, and its own good advice. It then uses its own mechanism to revitalise the system and boost metabolism.

The programme works from the inside out.

Nature then regulates the functions to respond to good nutrition and a clear directive. There are no extremes.

Many people enjoy the great benefits of raised awareness, increased energy, and decisive action.

Mind you, this might not be for everybody. It’s a bit different, like our programmes. Accordingly, I don’t suggest you should rush out and do it. It’s for consideration if you’re in a serious mode of thought.

The reason it’s up for notice is that one of my fellow-travellers said I should let people know about it anyway, so they can at least have the opportunity of finding out about it if they’re interested, and deciding whether it might be for them

See David @dynamichealth.ie, or ring, or text 087-2321128 if you want to find out more.

I’ll talk you through it in 5 minutes.

So, now you’ve another little weapon available to your armoury of Health and Wellness.
