The 'Best' Exercise...

21/4/2021

All exercises are interdependent. By that I mean the whole of the body needs to be well enough, fit enough, strong enough, to support whatever activity we want to do.

The best exercise for anyone is the one that she or he enjoys doing most. That’s the one that will be done consistently.

Consistency is everything. In anything.

As an exercise in infallible success, commit to a ridiculously simple regime, one that you know you can do without any problem, but commit to do it three or four times every week. Week in, week out. Day in day out.

Three to four times a week, every single week, will create its own effect. The body will respond with improved circulation, a  fitter, stronger, more efficient heart muscle, better lung function, improved sleep, a good digestive system, more energy, a calmer mind, and a more focused, purposeful, productive life.

Whether you train with weights, run the roads, do spinning, aerobics, ballet, rugby, whatever, so long as you do it regularly, with the will and focused attention, You will succeed.

In fact, it will be impossible for your body, your mind and your spirit to not respond.

Dwell on that for the moment. Then do it.
