Everything starts with an idea. Everything.
We all have them. We get really good ideas. A lot of people get them often.
Then we give ourselves all the reasons why they won’t work and forget about them.
Two years later we hear of someone who has achieved a bit, or a lot, of success with one of OUR ideas, and fume and fret and spit resentment at the very existence of it. The very gall of it. The impertinence of it.
The person who has done it is the one who picked it up and ran with it; got on with it.
All s/he did was what we should have, could have, but talked ourselves out of it.
Which is why knowledge is NOT power. It is potential power. Until we do something, nothing happens. Nothing.
Which is also how working on your awareness can have such a profound effect on your life. Two people reported some exciting and innovative results in their lives recently.
It wasn’t because they knew more than they did before. They just used it differently.
‘It matters not how straight the gait,
Nor the punishment of the scroll.
I am the master of my fate
I am the captain of my soul.’  W.E. HENLEY
